Job Description
- Building, maintaining, and overviewing the project team structure to meet successful project goals and objectives
- Monitoring and implementing improvements to projectrelated communications at all levels
- Maintaining and changing project management processes; establishing new processes from scratch, optimizing the current ones
- Leading and directing software development teams to deliver projects within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality (with the help of other PMs)
- Introducing and using bestinclass delivery metrics to achieve, monitor, and control target project performance goals
- Creating, maintaining, and updating the project management documentation and revising it as appropriate
- Managing risks
- Building trusting and reliable relationship with customers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management position (multiple project experience is a must)
- 4+ years of experience in roles within an agile software development environment
- Strong and proven people management abilities
- Experience in presales activities (leading a presale team, working with risks and assumptions)
- Experience in working with project coordinator, cooperating with other project managers
- Good delegation skills
- Good relationship management
- Experience in dependency and risk management
- Experience in resolving escalations
- UpperIntermediate level of English
