Chartered Accountant qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with accounting on ERP systems, especially Oracle Netsuite.
Knowledge of statutory audits, accounting policies, and internal controls like ICFR.
Requirements:
Oversee financial reporting of quarterly and annual results as per IndAS.
Conduct variance analysis and KPI reporting for the organization.
Lead accounting policies, procedures, and compliance across two business verticals.

We are looking for a Sr. Manager Financial Reporting & Analysis for a leading Hotel Group.
Job Profile:
Senior Manager – Financial Reporting & Analysis, reporting into the Vice President Finance of the company, and responsible for financial reporting, analysis and statutory audits under the IndAS formats.
Financial Reporting of quarterly & yearly standalone and consolidated results of the company as per IndAS and quarterly reporting of Indian results to the group at Canada.
Includes KPI, variance analysis and adopt a leadership role in driving accounting policies and procedures across the organization having two business verticals of Resorts Business and Membership Business.
This role is also key interface to secretarial requirements and taxation requirements of the company.
