Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sr Manager Hotel Sales, your primary responsibility will be to develop corporate FIT (Full Independent Traveler) and MICE (Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibition) business for our resorts. You will work towards achieving the budgeted targets within your branch and building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agency partners. It will also be your role to identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities, and effectively communicate the hotels value proposition within your designated sales geography. You will be expected to make inspiring sales presentations to prospective customers and create a potential pipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT from travel agencies and corporate businesses.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Any Graduate Post Graduate qualification
610 years of experience in hospitality sales
Excellent communication skills
Good to have time share sales experience
