What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a seasoned Staff Software Engineer to lead complex technical initiatives that unlock scale and velocity for our teams. You’ll be both architect and builder, digging into performance bottlenecks, mentoring engineers, and setting the bar for technical quality. You’ll work directly with the Cofounder and engineeringproduct leader, with exposure to the CEO as well.

Lead and design core systems with an emphasis on scalability, observability, and faulttolerance

Solve hairy technical problems, such as below, all built on a modern, serverless stack on the cloud:

AILLM integrations

Intelligent callchat agents

Caseload distribution algorithms

Massive data pipelines

MultiDB architectures

Realtime call scheduling logic, and timeactivity tracking

Shape architecture and direction for Laravel, Nova, and MySQL ecosystems

Write production code and guide others through code reviews and pairing

Partner with leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of experience, including 2+ at StaffPrincipal level

Proven track record of technical leadership and crossfunctional collaboration

Deep backend expertise (we use Laravel, MySQL, Livewire, AWS, Nova, Vapor, Vue, Tailwind)

Strong product and systems thinking
