Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to implement robust solutions that support our mission of enhancing patient care and streamlining healthcare processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop responsive, highperformance web applications that serve as the backbone of our healthcare AI platform.

• Collaborate with product managers and UXUI designers to translate requirements into technical designs and userfriendly interfaces.

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless integrations with various healthcare systems and thirdparty services.

• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integrationcontinuous deployment (CICD) to ensure high reliability and maintainability of our software.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack, from frontend functionality to backend infrastructure.

• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise to foster their growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Work closely with our data science team to deploy machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms into production environments.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews, ensuring adherence to design principles and standards.

• Engage in agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to continuously improve team workflows.

• What We’re Looking For:

  • 810 years of relevant work experience in fullstack web development, with a focus on modern technologies and frameworks.

  • Excellent problemsolving, coding, and debugging skills with a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Deep understanding of modern web application development, including proficiency in frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).

  • Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and implement effective solutions across multiple services.

  • Experience writing maintainable, welltested, and reliable code, with adherence to software development best practices.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate designs, architecture, and technical concepts clearly.

  • A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
