The Technical Designer is responsible for managing the technical development of garments from the initial prototype through to production approval. This role focuses on ensuring garments meet fit, construction, and quality standards by conducting fit sessions, developing accurate technical specifications, and communicating detailed feedback to factories. The position plays a key role in crossfunctional collaboration with Product Development, Design, and Sourcing teams to ensure timely, margincompliant, and highquality product execution.
