Should be coming from development background and technical project coordinator role with minimum of 68 experience in software development and 23 years performing release management and project coordinator activities
Should be aware of various infrastructure components, project delivery methodology – Waterfall and agileScrum and Change and Release management processes
Experience working in an Agile team and following various scrum practices
ExperienceWorking knowledge in AWSAzure cloud and other cloud technologies – EKS, EC2, ELB, ALB,RDS etc.
Knowledge of various Digital technologies NodeJS, Microservices, Rest APIs, SpringBoot, Mobile Technologies, Docker, Oracle Databases, PostgreSQL DB, Splunk etc.
Understanding and experience with broad technical skills across multiple domains (Technology, Information, Personal banking, Digital Mobile App & Cards Domain etc.)
Knowledge and understanding of various technology components, OS and hardware – VMs, Firewalls, VIPs, Networking, UNIX, LINUX,
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence multiple levels in the organization
A skilled facilitator that is creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, timecritical problems
Experience with the Atlassian suite of products: JIRA, Confluence preferred
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Key Responsibilities
Understand the existing architecture (Mobile, Backend, Applications, Digital microservices, Infrastructure and Security)
Understand the Processes, Policies, Practices and Service Line team structures with in the Organization and Subsidiaries.
Comprehend the Change (Project change IT RISK Change) with reference to “Business requirements, the value addition to end user, understand the Application Solution and Infra Security Solution”.
As per the change, track the application change summary and list the dependencies on all the teams and staff’s involvement (DBA, Devops, Cloudops, Vendor teams, all service lines).
Plan and be prepared for the worstcase scenarios during the Change Deployment (align all the required teams and keep them on standby support).
Brief the Change Management team and seek the change approvals.
Initiate the Security Assessment, Technology Risk Assessment, Minimum Compliance Security Baseline Scanning, Vulnerability Scanning and coordinate with the Group Security Office Chief Information Security Office for risk mitigation.
Coordinate with the Performance Testing team and track the closure of the issues.
Coordinate with the Monitoring team and get the required monitoring and logging in place.
Conduct and Track the Knowledge Transfer from the Development Squad to the Production Support Teams.
Coordinate with the Development Team with regards to the CR for the Projects, review the change artifacts and prepare the runbook.
Inform the Business on the Service DisruptionsDowntime and secure the approvals as per the change window. And align for the customer communications, Contact Center alignment and Business Validation testing planning (in line with the UAT scope) post Rollout
Schedule and conduct all the Deployment activities. If there are any issues, conduct the RCA retrospectives.
Tracking technical debts and ensure remediation by the respective teams on schedule
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent degree
Working in Banking industry is preferred
Agile and project management certifications such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PMP, Prince 2 will be added advantage
Minimum 2 years of Experience as a Project Coordinator
