Description:
SAP EAM skills includes Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS), Investment Management (IM)

Your Responsibility shall include:

• Provide solutions including how to leverage standard SAP EAM (AA, PS, IM) Finance functionality
• Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understands the longterm and shortterm perspectives of an IT investment situation.
• Support finance business teams alongside other IT SAP staff of EAM, Asset Accounting, Project Systems etc.
• Support the business functions and perform root cause analysis on persistent or major software & application related problems.
• Must be able to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced. Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP EAMFICO finance system issues
• Support and promote integration relationships between IT and business functions
• Provide accurate timelines for specific enhancement development, projects and tasks assigned.
• Working knowledge of configuration for FICOEAM Asset Accounting module is a must
• Knowledge on S4 is nice to have including the new Finance structures and Project systems integration.
• Coordinate and take the role of the functional consultant and support applications in your area of responsibility i.e, SAP Finance. Work with innovative mindset to improve delivery.
• Contribute to the success of the projects by applying knowledge of SAP Finance in Asset Accounting, Project Systems, Investment Management and other sub modules and deploy enhanced processes and technical solutions in agile environment.
• Own the functional requirement gathering, designing and development activities across multiple teams, Information Technology Groups and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop and deploy effective solutions.
• Support the local and global community, in developing functional designs, making configuration changes, developing code and testing SAP application developments.

What youll bring:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduation with Finance specialization or any other relevant qualification.
• Experienced in –
o 8 12 years of experience in SAP Finance (Asset Accounting, Project Systems, Investment Management etc.)
o 2 to 3 implementations in SAP Finance
o Experience with minimum of 2 full cycle implementations of SAP Asset Accounting
o Good understanding of endtoend Financial Processes
o Extensive business process and technical knowledge on Asset Accounting and Project System integration
o Strong holds on AUC (Asset Under Construction) process, Asset Capitalization processes
o Working exposure on project for – Depreciation process, Asset Acquisition, Asset Migration (legacy data transfer) etc.
o Strong hold on running business requirement workshop with business users and stakeholder, FitGap analysis, writing Functional Specification (FS) etc.
o Having working exposure of endtoend project systems cycles (SAP PS module) – capitalization of expense to WBS element, Final settlement to main Asset, Partial settlement.
o Worked on budgeting – WBS budgeting, project level budgeting.
