  • Manage and optimize Workday Recruiting and Talent modules to support business needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, and other HR systems.
  • Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to define system requirements and implement solutions.
  • Lead testing, upgrades, and training related to Workday system changes.

The Sr. Analyst, HR Technology – Recruiting & Talent is a key member of the HR Technology team at MasterBrand, responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday Recruiting and Talent infrastructure. This role ensures seamless integration between Workday Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, and the broader HCM ecosystem, enabling efficient and compliant HR operations.
