What will your job look like
• Responsibility for managing resourcing delivery for a particular functionspecialismbusiness area, working with Hiring Managers to fulfil current and future resource requirements
• Attend relevant resource meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on vacancy progress, discuss assessment outcomes and obtain resourcing look ahead
• High and effective utilisation of available talent attraction and engagement tools to identify relevant candidates
• Actively and professionally promotes vacancies and employer brand to relevant audience via available media channels
• Accurately match candidate skills with role requirements, taking initiative to explore particular areas of importance or relevance with Hiring Managers and Candidates
• Identify and recommend most effective assessment method for particular rolespecialism and effectively utilise tools available
• Guide Hiring Managers through a structured interview process, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical obligations throughout candidate assessments
• Strong influencer, ability to influence candidates throughout the hiring process to promote a successful outcome, preempting and acting on candidate hesitation or queries
• Maintain open and proactive lines of candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience for all, regardless of the outcome of their application
• Provides timely and detailed feedback to candidates at every stage of their application, particularly following an interview
• Confidently make offers of employment and coordinate negotiation process between the candidate and business. Interface with P&O (People and Organisation) on contractual
queries and coordinate response
• Proactive in obtaining accurate forecast data and developing and maintaining a pipeline of suitably qualified and available talent for current and future projects
• Prospect and generate leads for potential clients.
• Market and promote staffing services to attract clients.
• Adopt a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Develop proposals and negotiate agreements with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Source and screen candidates for client job vacancies.
• Manage the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and conducting background checks.
• Provide regular updates to clients on candidate searches and progress.
• Utilize networking events, online platforms, and professional connections to generate leads.

Requirements:
• Hold relevant Bachelor’s in Engineering Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications.
• Hold relevant Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Consulting or Marketing.
• Experience of delivering high volume andor complex recruitment campaigns
• Experience in UK and US IT Recruitment and empaneling with different clients as strategic staffing vendors.
• Prior experience of recruiting into Data & Analytics and IT field
• Experience of presenting solutions to customers and working in partnership to deliver to agreed customer requirements
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders internally and externally
• Prior track record of excellent customer service and strong teamwork with the ability of working autonomously
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, which can be demonstrated at all levels of the business
• Proven capability of managing a varied workload in a fastpaced environment
