The Territory Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in expanding Formon’s market presence by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing a robust gotomarket strategy. This role combines field sales, market intelligence, and crossfunctional collaboration to support the Dual Brand Initiative and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced, customercentric environment and embodies Formon’s values of simplicity, speed, and transparency. This is a remote position based within the assigned territory, requiring frequent travel throughout the region and occasional travel to the Formon USA Headquarters, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, Formon USA is committed to providing a clear and equitable compensation structure for all roles. The salary range for this position is $65,000 $75,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This range represents the base pay for the position and does not include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or other forms of compensation. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and in accordance with internal equity and market data.
This role offers a performancebased commission structure, allowing employees to earn based on their individual sales achievements. However, commission is not guaranteed and solely depends on the employees ability to generate sales, secure contracts, and meet performance targets. Commission payouts are governed by company policies and applicable commission agreements.
