Training ModeratorCoordinator – FullTime, Remote (Open to Indiabased candidates only)

Location: Remote, but you must be based in India.

We’re looking for a highly organized and techsavvy Training ModeratorCoordinator to ensure seamless virtual learning experiences for global audiences. In this role, you’ll manage everything from presession setup to postsession reporting, acting as the behindthescenes force that keeps training running smoothly.

You’ll thrive here if you love bringing order to fastpaced virtual events, have sharp attention to detail, and can quickly adapt to shifting needs—whether it’s solving a technical glitch or keeping participants engaged.

What You’ll Do

✅ Before the Session

  • Review session agenda, objectives, facilitator briefing notes, and participant lists.

  • Coordinate session links, calendar invites, and prework materials.

  • Set up the virtual room (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.), including breakout rooms, polls, chat, and recording permissions.

  • Conduct technical checks and dry runs with facilitators.

    • 🎤 During the Session

      • Log in early to ensure a timely start.

      • Deliver opening housekeeping remarks and guide participants on session etiquette.

      • Manage participant admittance, chatQ&A, polls, timing, and breakout rooms.

      • Troubleshoot technical issues and support facilitators with content delivery.

      • Monitor participant engagement and address challenges promptly.

        • 📩 After the Session

          • Close the session with next steps and surveys.

          • Download and store recordings, track attendance, and compile feedback.

          • Document any technical issues and action items for followup.
