The Transactions Paralegal will be responsible for comprehensively understanding and supporting SolAmerica’s transactions, particularly with respect to data room population, data room management, Q&A log management, closing checklist development and oversight, and ancillary document preparation. In support of the same, the Transactions Paralegal will work seamlessly with the Development team in understanding SolAmerica’s pipeline. The ideal candidate has already mastered data room population, data room management, Q&A log management, closing checklist development and oversight, and ancillary document preparation.
The ideal candidate either has some experience supporting energy project development (e.g., site control, interconnection, permitting, and title), but this is not a requirement. A candidate who does not have this development experience should demonstrate a sincere desire to quickly learn and develop proficiency in this area.
