      About the Role

      As a NonIT Recruiter focused on the Broking and BFSI domain, you will act as a trusted talent advisor, managing endtoend hiring with ownership, empathy, and excellence. You’ll work as an individual contributor, but never feel alone—our culture is collaborative, feedbackdriven, and deeply invested in everyone’s growth.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Own endtoend recruitment for roles in Broking, WealthTech, BFSI, and Financial domains—think Equity Advisors, RMARM, Compliance, Dealers, Risk Analysts, and more.

      • Act as a consultant, not just a recruiter—deeply understand client expectations, team dynamics, and urgency.

      • Conduct indepth candidate assessments—don’t just chase keywords; match skill, intent, and fit.

      • Coordinate directly with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams—no spoonfeeding here.

      • Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, onboarding coordination, and documentation followup.

      • Maintain accurate trackers, MIS, and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel.

      • Speak clearly, confidently, and respectfully—with clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.

        • What We’re Looking For

          • 5+ years of proven success in NonIT hiring—especially in Broking or Financial Services.

          • You’re handson with Excel, data management, reports, and daily followups.

          • Comfortable being the goto person for tough roles and lastminute client demands.

          • Strong communication skills—fluent English, tactful negotiation, and clarity in thought.

          • A sense of ownership—you don’t wait to be told, you take the lead.

          • You understand performance—speed, quality, and accountability all matter to you.

          • Someone who’s passionate, purposeled, and humble enough to learn every day.
