Job Description

Role Purpose
The Brand Category Leader, Accessories is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Music Tribe’s disruptive product categories. This involves leading innovation in product development, managing crossfunctional teams, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Strategy
Market Research Report: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities that inform category direction.
Business Plan: Develop comprehensive business plans that align product innovation with strategic goals and financial targets.
Product Portfolio Plan: Strategize and optimize the product portfolio to meet market demands and achieve business objectives.
Product Specifications: Define detailed, innovative product specifications that align with market needs and technical feasibility.
Product Marketing Plan: Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful gotomarket strategies that enhance product visibility and adoption.

Operations
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to end of service, ensuring timely delivery.
Product Customer Validation Report: Lead customer validation processes to refine products and ensure alignment with user expectations.
Product Performance Management (P&L): Oversee product performance by monitoring P&L, driving profitability, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Customer Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in aligning product innovation with customer needs, delivering outstanding user satisfaction and engagement.
Product Portfolio: Extensive experience in managing complex, global product portfolios with a focus on disruptive innovation and market differentiation.
Commercial: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth through strategic product management and business development.
Technical: Solid technical background with expertise in translating complex technical requirements into marketleading products.
Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering results in a dynamic global environment.
