• Job Description

  A Python developer with 7+ years of experience is expected to design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable software systems using Python, demonstrating expertise in various frameworks and libraries, collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams, leading technical discussions, mentoring junior developers, and staying updated with the latest Python technologies to deliver highperformance solutions while ensuring code quality and best practices are followed; often taking on complex technical challenges and providing strategic input on architecture design.
  Key responsibilities may include:

  • Advanced Python development:

  • Proficiently design and implement robust backend applications using Python, leveraging frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI to build efficient and scalable systems.

    • Architecture design:

    • Contribute to system architecture decisions, including database selection, API design, and performance optimization strategies.

      • Team leadership:

      • Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and lead code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
