Key Responsibilities:
Azure Cloud Operations:
- Manage and monitor Azure infrastructure, including VMs, VNets, load balancers, Azure AD, and storage accounts.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Administer Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and cost management tools.
- Support Azure DevOps pipelines and assist with CI/CD implementations.
- Configure and monitor Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, and compliance policies.
On-Premises System Operations:
- Maintain Windows and/or Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Manage virtualization environments (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware).
- Support on-prem backup solutions, patching, and routine maintenance tasks.

- Troubleshoot hardware, storage, and network issues as needed.
General Responsibilities:
- Automate routine system tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Ensure proper monitoring and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor, SCOM, or third-party platforms.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
- Respond to incidents, root cause analysis, and documentation of operational procedures.
- Collaborate with development, security, and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and secure environments.
