Job description

Execution and supervision of multiple projects from conception to completion (appartment, restaurants)
Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site
Ensure quality construction standards and usage of proper HSSE construction techniques
Ensure that any changes in project plan is executed by contractors
Ensure that projects are completed within planned cost and time
Selection of project tool, material and equipment and track inventory
Keep accurate records of material and labor costs incurred in the construction process
Identify potential problems at the site and resolve any emerging ones
Maintain good relationship with site workers, contractors, and suppliers
Project Reporting
