Job description

We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled Brokerage Technology Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for advising on and implementing technology solutions that enhance brokerage operations, improve efficiency, and support business growth. The Brokerage Technology Advisor will work closely with brokers, IT teams, and management to align technology with business goals, ensuring seamless integration of systems, platforms, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Assess brokerage operations and recommend innovative technology solutions to improve workflow.
Advise brokers and management on the latest digital tools, software, and platforms for trading, compliance, and client management.
Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of brokerage technology systems.
Provide training and support to staff on technology usage and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data security, and IT governance standards.
Monitor performance of technology platforms and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Collaborate with vendors and IT specialists to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience as a Technology Advisor, IT Consultant, or Technology Specialist within brokerage, financial services, or fintech.
Strong understanding of trading platforms, CRM systems, and brokerage technology infrastructure.
Knowledge of compliance requirements in brokerage and financial services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to stay up to date with emerging fintech and brokerage technologies.
