Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Brand Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branding and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency, optimizing operational processes, and collaborating across teams to execute campaigns effectively. The Brand Operations Manager will play a key role in bridging strategy and execution to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the operational execution of branding strategies and campaigns.

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and identity across all channels.

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align branding efforts with business objectives.

  • Develop workflows and processes to improve efficiency in brand and marketing operations.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.

  • Track, measure, and report on brand performance and operational effectiveness.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline brand operations and improve ROI.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Brand Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Brand Operations Manager, Brand Manager, or Marketing Operations Manager.

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing operations, and project management.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure brand performance and campaign success.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
