Agents will do outbound COLD calls to the Site Owners of Cell Tower in the US, doing warm transfers and appointment setting B2C and B2B Lead generation.
Agents need to find out about the company and site owner and get to talk to the decision makers such us mayors, city managers, pastors, property managers, brokers, etc.

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
Speaks well, has a neutral accent, and ability to build rapport.
Can work under pressure.
Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.
Professionally mature since it requires a methodical process, and it takes time to close.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Can hold a conversation and know how to ask questions.
The preference is for agents with at least 2 years of experience on the phone and with knowledge of using Salesforce.
Has worked in the BPO handling international campaigns/accounts where the English language is the mode of conversation
