Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies like Jobs-to-be-Done, Design Thinking, Lean UX.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within agile development teams.

Tasks:
Strategic Understanding
Understand the broader product vision and how it serves multiple business units with distinct needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather diverse requirements and manage expectations eUectively.
Partner with business analysts to guide the UX aspects of their work.

UserCentered Design
Apply both personabased and JobstobeDone (JBTD) frameworks to understand user motivations and behaviors.
Create detailed personas and user journeys to tailor experiences for diUerent user segments.

UX Strategy & Ideation
Frame UX challenges strategically by asking “why” and “for whom” before jumping into “how it looks.”
Lead creative ideation sessions and brainstorming workshops to explore innovative solutions.

UX Craft & Execution
Demonstrate deep knowledge of UX elements and interaction patterns (e.g., navigation, tooltips, prefilled fields).
Suggest detailed improvements to existing application flows (e.g., SLI, DoR) to enhance usability.
Use Figma to design wireframes and interactive prototypes.

UX Methodologies
Proficient in modern UX approaches including:
o JobstobeDone
o Design Thinking
o Lean UX
o User Research & Testing

Experience & Portfolio
Portfolio of at least 6 UX projects showcasing:
Clear beforeafter improvements.
Specific contributions and impact on usability and user satisfaction.

Agile Collaboration
Embedded in a development sprint team, working closely with developers and business analysts.
Able to quickly assess existing screens and propose actionable UX enhancements
