We are currently seeking a highly skilled US Disability Claims Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the disability claims process for our US clients, ensuring timely and accurate assessment and adjudication of claims. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daytoday operations of the disability claims department
  • Managing a team of claims specialists and providing guidance and support
  • Reviewing and analyzing claims to determine eligibility and coverage
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex claims issues
