8 to 12 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Experience in corporate and hardcore recruitment, preferably in large organizations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment processes and managing senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth recruitment activities and maintain documentation.
Handle escalations and take responsibility for the recruitment outcomes.
Publish weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Shift Timings – 6:00 pm IST to 4:00 am IST (to cover few additional region adhoc work and Costa Rica overlap) – candidate should be flexible with time, in case this has to change in future
Work Location – Gurgaon or Bangalore (Remote for now) – this role will need to call people in Costa Rica (internal external)
