  • 8 to 12 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in corporate and hardcore recruitment, preferably in large organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment processes and managing senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth recruitment activities and maintain documentation.
  • Handle escalations and take responsibility for the recruitment outcomes.
  • Publish weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Job description

Location remote as of now(Bangalore or Gurgoan)
Notice periodImmediate to 15 days)

  • Title – Team Lead Talent Acquisition
  • Shift Timings – 6:00 pm IST to 4:00 am IST (to cover few additional region adhoc work and Costa Rica overlap) – candidate should be flexible with time, in case this has to change in future
  • Work Location – Gurgaon or Bangalore (Remote for now) – this role will need to call people in Costa Rica (internal external)
  • Notice Period – Immediate
  • Excellent Communication
  • Should have experience working in corporate preferable and hardcore Recruitment experience (NO small firm where they have mix role of HRBP, Admin, Ops, etc.)
  • Should work independently
  • Should manage senior stakeholders
  • Handson with endtoend recruitment
  • Work with recruiters to ensure the hiring is in smooth manner and maintain documentation
  • Handle escalations, if any
  • Take responsibility and accountability of the entire Hiring process
  • Weekly Monthly publishing reports
