Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy Development

• Partner with leadership to craft comprehensive AI and automation strategies that align with business objectives.

• Drive strategic initiatives that leverage emerging AI technologies to create competitive advantages and deliver exceptional client value.

System Design and Development

• Architect and build robust AI-powered automation platforms using contemporary full-stack development practices.

• Integrate advanced AI APIs, LLM services, and intelligent automation tools into scalable applications.

• Develop solutions that connect AI capabilities with existing business systems through well-designed APIs and intuitive interfaces.

• Implement intelligent workflows using modern automation platforms, creating responsive interfaces for exceptional AI-powered user experiences.

Process Automation

• Identify high-impact opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and complex workflows.

• Design intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

AI Integration

• Seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into existing systems and processes.

• Ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruption, maximizing transformative potential.

Collaboration and Leadership

• Lead cross-functional initiatives with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.

• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor and optimize AI and automation systems for peak performance.

• Troubleshoot, enhance, and ensure reliability and consistency in outputs.

• Apply new knowledge to drive innovation and maintain competitive edge.

Compliance, Ethics, and Security

• Ensure all AI systems meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data security protocols.

• Promote responsible AI use, addressing biases and ensuring transparency.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack development or advanced technical experience, including hands-on AI work.

• Proven record of delivering technical solutions from concept to deployment.

Technical Skills

• Full-stack development: Modern frontend frameworks, backend APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure

• Programming: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar (Python preferred but not required)

• AI tools: LLMs, AI APIs, chatbot development, generative AI platforms

• Automation: Workflow orchestration and automation tools

• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI/ML services

• Proven AI integration into applications and business systems

Development Expertise

• Ability to architect applications with AI features, intuitive interfaces, and strong backend systems for AI service integration.

Communication

• Excellent at explaining complex AI concepts to varied audiences.

• Skilled in presenting solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
