      Responsibilities

      • Enhancing user lifecycle management for target business segments based on data analysis and growth requirements
      • Developing and implementing user activation and retention strategies, continuously optimizing through experimentation
      • Understanding pain points and needs of VIPlarge clients, refining the platforms VIPlarge client service system to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
      • Collaborating with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to integrate resources, track data continuously, and achieve business growth objectives
            • Requirements and skills

              • 36 years of experience in the field, with preference given to those with experience in cryptocurrency or brokeragerelated roles
              • Strong business acumen and ability to integrate resources effectively, demonstrating excellent crossdepartmental communication skills
              • Excellent business thinking, logical analysis, and systematic planning skills
              • High sensitivity to data, with the ability to quickly understand changes in the business environment and customer needs
              • Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
