Roles & Responsibilities

  • Over 7 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its components.
  • Experience in IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, and GRC.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies, ITSM concepts, and RDBMS, with ITIL certification preferred.

Requirements:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Perform major version upgrades and cloning activities.
  • Implement integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and SDLC processes.

Job description

1. More than 7 years of handson experience with ServiceNow technical Platform and its components business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, Catalog items, workflows, web services, reports, etc. 2. Experience working on IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, GRC 3. Good Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server installation and management, Event management, Orchestration. 4. Experience in performing major version upgrades, Cloning related activities. 5. Strong handson experience on Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Angular JS, JSON, Web Services, etc.) 6. Good knowledge of ITIL methodologies, ITSM concepts, RDBMS. Good to have ITIL certification. 7. Good knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and new features. 8. Good knowledge of SDLC processes and best practices – coding, DevOps, testing.
