Job Description HR Recruiter

Selected persons daytoday responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute recruiting plans

2. Source potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., Naukri,

LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, etc.)

3. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

4. Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g., phone, video) and sharing the

comments in the Hiring Portal

5. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

6. Work with HR Team to create job descriptions

7. Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping (Attendance, leave, etc.)

8. Computer literate with programs such as word, excel, google sheets etc.

1. Selfstarter should be able to hit the ground running

2. Stable and longterm approach

3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

4. Able to speak Hindi for internal communication

5. High on accountability and ownership

Who can apply:

At least a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant

field

Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, talent

management etc.)

Experience in the relevant field is a plus.

Are available for the work from home jobinternship

Laptop and stable broadband connectivity.

Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
