Job description

Staff4Me is excited to announce an opening for an Unlimited BreakFix Coordinator. In this role, you will take charge of coordinating our BreakFix services, ensuring that issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently for our clients. Your ability to manage schedules, communicate effectively, and coordinate technical resources will be key to our success.

  • Work as a coordinator on the BreakFix team
  • Review the assigned ticket to identify how the BreakFix team can assist in
  • resolution
  • Review all other open tickets to identify any other issues that can be solved with
  • the same dispatch
  • Create a BAPPlatform One order following the UBF process
  • Generate a work order and submit to the contractor pool
  • Adjust the urgency, description and pricing of each work order to ensure prompt acceptance and technician assignment
  • Once a technician has been assigned
  • Call technician to confirm heshe has the skills and tools required
  • Confirm date and time of dispatch
  • Confirm pricing
  • Confirm the name of the resource and contact information
  • Coordinate a remote technical resource to assist the onsite technician using our bookingscheduling tools
  • Update the appointment and ticket as needed
  • Communicate scheduling updates to both residents, property staff and
  • contractors
  • Communicate technical updates to both residents, property staff and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with onsite resources to ensure proper ticket documentation and resolution
  • Follow up with onsite resources to confirm attendance and resolution
  • Add troubleshooting or other notes to the ticket and close or reassign where appropriate
  • Reschedule onsite appointments as necessary
  • Assist with working out of our ticket queue
  • Scheduling field technicians and remote engineers.
  • Calls to both our customers and field technicians for the scheduling process.
    • Requirements

      • 5+ years of experience in BreakFix coordination or a similar role.
      • Strong experience with Ruckus, Cisco, and HP systems.
      • Extensive technical knowledge of hardware, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
      • Handson experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software issues.
      • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
      • Proven experience performing hardware repairs and upgrades.
      • Solid understanding of network protocols and their configurations.
      • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
      • Excellent problemsolving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
      • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP will be considered a plus.
