Job Description

We are looking for a UIUX Designer to collect, research, and evaluate user requirements to create a user interface with exceptional user experience and visual appeal. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools, research and strategy, visual design and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers to create usercentered designs
• Create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
• Design graphic user interface and navigational components (e.g. menus, tabs, widgets, and search fields)
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and atractive user interfaces
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Apply layout adjustments based on user feedback (interviews and usability testing)

• Additional Information

  Requirements

  • 5+ years experience working in the field of UXUI and visual design
  • Strong skills in research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and visual communication
  • Layout design, data visualization, infographics and visual storytelling experience preferred
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • English proficiency advanced (spoken & written)
  • Highly Proactive and critical thinker
  • Excellent time management and organizational skill set. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple deliverables
  • Selfmotivated, shows initiative and is a quick learner. Works well within a team and independently
  • Demonstrated creative judgment and criteria
  • Takes ownership of projects, ensuring their quality and task execution
  • Critical thinker. Able to provide and receive objective feedback
