About the Job

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Virtual Care team. It is a remote role focused on building and maintaining client relationships within the telehealth or virtual care space. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing support, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, sales, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with digital communication tools. You will report directly to the Vice President of Virtual Care Management.

What you’ll do:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact, and understanding their needs and goals.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in clients' telehealth programs and providing guidance and support to optimize their virtual care offerings.
  • Ensuring clients are satisfied with the services provided and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing client accounts, driving revenue growth.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement, utilization, and satisfaction, and reporting on these metrics.
  • Working with internal teams, such as clinical, technical, and operational staff, to ensure client needs are met and to optimize the overall virtual care experience.
  • Utilizing various digital communication tools, such as video conferencing, email, and messaging platforms, to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Developing and executing strategies to achieve client goals and ensure the long-term success of their virtual care programs.
  • Staying up-to-date on relevant regulations and ensuring the client's telehealth program complies with all applicable laws and standards.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Previous experience in client relationship management, preferably within the healthcare or telehealth industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using various digital communication tools, telehealth platforms, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions to meet client needs.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and identify trends to improve client outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve client goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Remote: Colorado (preferred), Delaware, Florida, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Rhode Island, North and South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Additional Information:

Full time salary starting at $70,000 to $80,000 per year plus medical, dental, and vision benefits. This role will have a matching 401K.
