About the Role

The US Healthcare Recruitment Administrator is responsible for building clean, complete, and submissionready profiles for clinicians preparing to be submitted to client job orders. This includes formatting resumes, gathering references, and collecting and organizing certifications, licenses, and skills checklists. Youll work closely with Talent Advisors to ensure every submission meets compliance and presentation standards supporting a bestinclass clinician experience.

What you’ll do

  • Format clinician resumes precisely according to client standards.

  • Efficiently send and collect professional references, skills checklists, and credential documents.

  • Ensure all required data is thoroughly gathered, verified, and meticulously organized.

  • Prepare and package full profiles for seamless submission by TAs and CEs.

  • Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records accurately and maintain documentation status diligently.

  • Communicate proactively and clearly with TAs and CEs to ensure timely submission of profiles.
