Job Description

Global Tooling & Automation is an international Inetum entity. Our objective is to build and ensure the proper functioning of solutions for Inetum delivery and to guarantee the expected level of quality.

The Position:

  • You will be fully integrated into the Global Tooling & Automation entity, especially into the ServiceNow team.
    • The mission:

      • We are seeking a Technical Consultant specialized in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on the Security Operations (SecOps) module.
      • The ideal candidate will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform in alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, bridging business requirements with technical solutions.
        • Key Responsibilities

          • Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow SecOps, providing technical consulting and solution design.
          • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
          • Customize and configure the ServiceNow SecOps module, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
          • Support integrations between ServiceNow SecOps and external security tools (e.g., SIEM, threat feeds, vulnerability scanners).
          • Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline and optimize securityrelated processes.
          • Ensure platform compliance with security frameworks, internal governance standards, and ServiceNow best practices.
          • Guide and support internal teams on the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on SecOps capabilities.
          • Keep up to date with the latest trends and updates in ServiceNow and cybersecurity, ensuring platform enhancements are aligned with evolving needs.
          • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose scalable technical solutions.
            • Qualifications

              Profile

              • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
              • Minimum 2 years of handson experience with the ServiceNow SecOps module.
              • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and data modeling.
              • Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence platforms, etc.
              • Good knowledge of WindowsLinux environments, SQL, and database structures.
              • Familiarity with security frameworks and IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL).
              • Experience working in or with Infrastructure or Security Operations teams.
                • Core Competencies

                  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
                  • Team player with a proactive, selfdriven attitude.
                  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
