- Operating Systems & Security Hardening – Ensure secure configurations for virtual machines
- Windows Services & Roles – Manage IIS, SMB Shares, Active Directory, DNS, SCCM, WSUS, and Intune
- Database Administration – Oversee SQL Server management and optimization
- Linux & Web Server Management – Configure and maintain Apache environments
- Cloud & Enterprise Solutions – Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Exchange Online
- Workstation Management – Prepare and support Windows Desktops with Intune integration
- System Monitoring & Maintenance – Analyze Windows logs and update SCCM installers
- Auditing & Compliance – Conduct shared mailbox and file server audits for security and access control
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain updated records for servers and applications
