FullCandidate is a hiring platform that helps companies hire better. Our behavioral assessment complements the resume by helping employers assess if a candidate has the necessary skills and motivation for success within their organization. The parent company WinningEdge is based out of the DC metro area and has been providing IT Staffing, Recruitment, and Consulting services for the last 10 years.

Job Description

1st oneweek training and onthejob mentoring provided for all roles.

Sourcing Apprentice day to day work:

  • Source IT candidates daily for at least 3 job requirements
  • Find candidates (using Boolean strings) from the sales platform and load them into recruiting CRM on a daily basis
  • Email candidates (based upon skillset) using the provided email templates
  • Call at least 60 candidates daily to check on their interest, availability, and other details.
  • Work under the guidance of a Sr recruiter and help them as needed.
  • Data Entry into Candidate ATS
  • Selfrecorded video for sourcing (script will be provided)
    • SalesBusiness Dev Apprentice day to day work:

      • Email potential prospects using the provided email templates
      • Cold calling 40 prospects daily and schedule initial meetings
      • Sharing sales collateral as requested
      • Update all activity in the CRM on a daily basis
      • Present the FullCandidate Solution in sales meetings
      • Selfrecorded video for prospecting (script will be provided)
        • Recruiting Coordinators Apprentice daytoday work:

          • Create job descriptions in ATS
          • Schedule interviews and remind candidates about interviews.
          • Maintain submission records and follow up with clients to schedule interviews
          • Make updates in ATS as required
          • Email and call candidates on a daily basis
          • Add new candidates to Recruiting ATS
          • Selfrecorded video for recruiting (script will be provided)
            • Qualifications
              • Must have Good English conversational and writing skills.

              • Never give up attitude & closing skills
