      Job Description

      PA will manage the acquisition, development, and maintenance of commercial and residential real estate properties in New York.

      Daily activities include:

      • Administer daytoday operations of the real estate business
      • Manage facilities maintenance, repairs, painting, property and premises, cleaners and other activities
      • Process payments in the accounting system
      • Create and post apartment advertisements on sites and social network groups
      • Communicate with leads and negotiate with potential tenants
      • Schedule showings
      • Arrange moveins and moveouts
      • Create and sign lease agreements
      • Research products and services, order supplies and arrange delivery and shipments
      • Negotiate with Vendors
      • Service customer requests
      • Research contractors, negotiate prices and manage their work
        • Qualifications

          Qualifications

          Not everyone can be a great Administrator. It takes specific skills and characteristics to be successful so if you want to lead our projects you must have:

          • Interest in the real estate business
          • Experience handling projects
          • Experience analyzing data and preparing business reports
          • Experience with spreadsheets
          • Excellent organizational and managerial skills
          • Excellent written and spoken English and Russian
