About the Role

As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of the entire design process for the core web application. This is a highly productfocused role that requires excellent UXUI skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for turning complex systems into simple, elegant experiences.

You’ll work closely with founders, product managers, and engineers in a tightknit, fastmoving team. Beyond design execution, you’ll also play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, defining the design system, and setting the tone for design culture.

Responsibilities

• Own design endtoend for the product (from early ideation to final UI)

• Collaborate crossfunctionally with product, engineering, and leadership

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs in Figma

• Build and maintain a scalable design system

• Translate user needs into intuitive, delightful product experiences

• Contribute to product strategy and participate in roadmap planning

• Help drive a high standard for product quality and usability

• Occasionally travel to the U.S. for team offsites or product sprints

• What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of web apps

  • Experience designing in fastpaced startup environments (0→1 experience a big plus)

  • Strong UX and UI fundamentals; ability to create clean, modern, intuitive interfaces

  • Mastery of Figma and modern design tools

  • Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats

  • Strong product intuition and a generalist mindset

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for travel (or at least curiosity about it!)

  • Bonus: Experience working on AIdriven products or consumer applications
