This role will support both Quora and Poe hiring.

Responsibilities:
Source candidates for Quora and Poe via LinkedIn, Juicebox, Boolean, and creative techniques
Review inbound applications and identify qualified candidates
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build and manage proactive pipelines
Manage the candidate journey from outreach to interview coordination, ensuring a smooth experience
Conduct market research, maintain talent maps, and build a diverse candidate network for current and future needs
Achieve sourcing metrics (outreach volume, pipeline goals, timetosource targets)
Write compelling outreach campaigns to engage prospective candidates
Minimum Requirements:Availability for meetings and impromptu communication during Quoras “coordination hours (MonFri: 9am3pm Pacific Time)
Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, sequencing tools, ATSs, and similar platforms
Strong problemsolving, strategic thinking, and ability to work proactively in ambiguous environments
Preferred Requirements:Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Ashby
Prior experience recruiting andor sourcing in a fastpaced startup environment
