Currently, GT is looking for a People Partner to join our HR team.

About the Role

As a People Partner at GT, you will act as a trusted advisor to both our contractors and clients, ensuring smooth peoplerelated processes, fostering strong relationships, and aligning operations with our mission, vision, and values. You’ll be the goto person for onboarding, performance reviews, legal and benefits support, and client engagement always with a proactive, solutionsoriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Contractors
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Manage endtoend processes that align with GT standards and client expectations.

  • 11 Meetings – Build strong relationships through regular checkins, gathering feedback, identifying concerns, and escalating when needed.

  • Performance Reviews – Coordinate and improve review cycles with team leads, ensuring clarity, fairness, and value alignment.

  • Compensation Review – Collect and analyze clientinternal input to support salary review processes.

  • Issue Management – Handle incoming requests and resolve peoplerelated issues proactively.

  • Contracts – contract updates with HR Admin.

    • Collaboration with Clients
      • Kickoff Calls & Onboarding – Lead peoplerelated onboarding for new clients and establish trustbased communication.

      • Ongoing Support – Maintain regular contact, gather feedback, and address peoplerelated needs.

      • Issue Resolution – Serve as the main point of contact for people challenges, coordinating with crossfunctional teams.

      • Surveys & Analytics – Share insights from satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements.

      • Offboarding – Coordinate smooth transitions and ensure a positive final impression.

        • Operations & People Processes
          • Process Ownership – Manage and improve onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and surveys.

          • Policies – Maintain and update relevant policies (e.g., sabbaticals, parental leave, moonlighting, compensation review, exit, benefits policies).

          • Systems & Documentation – Keep HRM systems and knowledge bases accurate and uptodate.

          • Benefits Administration – Support benefits processes and maintain handbooks.

          • Legal & Travel Support – Assist with visas and travel documents.

          • Crisis & Contingency – Contribute to crisis management planning.

          • Values & Culture – Align people initiatives with GT’s culture and gather feedback for improvement.

          • Automation – Identify and implement automation opportunities for routine tasks.

          • HR Analytics – Collect, analyze, and present data to guide people decisions.

            • Essential knowledge, skills & experience:
              • 1.5+ years in HR within IT, preferably as a People Partner

              • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

              • Proficiency with HR tools, systems, and databases

              • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

              • High accountability and focus on results

              • UpperIntermediate or higher English level

              • Coaching mindset or certification (a strong plus)
