AU Health Care Expert (Aged CareDisabilityChildhood Care) Remote

Background

You’ll be central to their success—delivering training and assessing their readiness to work in critical care roles across Australia.
    • About the Role

      • You’ll train and assess learners remotely, helping them meet industry and compliance expectations.
      • Your feedback and guidance will ensure graduates are ready for realworld aged care and disability support environments.
        • Your Key Responsibilities:

          • Mark learner assessments aligned to Australian RTO standards.
          • Deliver training and support in line with the relevant qualifications.
          • Apply principles like duty of care, dignity of risk, and cultural safety.
          • Review documentation and assess competence in ageddisability care.
          • Work within an LMS to manage learner submissions and records.
          • Stay up to date with national standards and frameworks in care.

              • Youve worked in aged care or disability or child care support roles.
              • You’re willing to undertake upskilling or Australian study if needed.
              • You’re open to up to 4 weeks of industry experience placement in Australia.
