Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Technical Representative to join our team. The role is 100% remote.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead technical interviews for U.S. job placements on behalf of our sales representatives.
✅ Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
✅ Attend daily standups & scrum meetings to manage ongoing U.S. projects.
✅ Advise and mentor engineers on technical best practices.

Qualifications

🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
🔹 7+ years of software development experience.
🔹 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
🔹 Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
🔹 Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET CoreMVC, Angular.
🔹 Strong communication and leadership skills.
