Experiance: 5+ yrs

●      Hands-on in coding is a must

●      Must have experience in development project & not just maintenance & support projects.

●      Ability to perform Impact analysis in detail and provide a case study for the same

●      Should be able to provide estimates

●      Ability to perform and review estimation

●      Worked on Agile based project

●      Planning

●      Ensure quality of deliverables

●      Manage change control
