Join our high-performing Nespresso Technical Quality Management (TQM) team in Rhodes as our new SHEQ Manager—a strategic and purpose-driven role that shapes the future of sustainability and safety across Australia and New Zealand.

This role isn’t just about compliance—it’s transformation. You’ll lead SHEQ strategy, embed sustainability into operations, and empower teams to deliver safer, greener, and higher-quality outcomes. From recycling innovation to ISO excellence, your work will directly impact our people, planet, and product integrity.

 

Lead Safety, Sustainability & Impact Across ANZ by...

  • Setting the Direction
    Shape and deliver the SHEQ roadmap, aligned with Nespresso and Nestlé’s Continuous Excellence framework.
  • Inspiring a High-Performing Team
    Lead a team of three, building a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Owning Compliance & Standards
    Oversee ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations, ensuring full regulatory and internal alignment.
  • Driving Sustainability Forward
    Lead innovative B2B/B2C recycling programs, reduce waste, and support our net zero ambitions.
  • Building Capability & Resilience
    Deliver engaging training, lead audits, and strengthen crisis and continuity planning.
  • Staying Connected Across ANZ
    Travel to sites across Aus & NZ, 5– 6 times a year, for 1 – 2 weeks at time, with full autonomy to manage your own schedule whilst staying closely connected to regional teams and partners.  

 

Experience you will bring...

  • Degree in OH&S, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Lead auditor certification and HSE credentials (e.g., BCSP, IOSH) preferred.
  • Proven experience in SHEQ systems, P&L management, and cross-functional leadership.
