Position Summary 
Are you ready to become a talented Data Security Specialist by joining our IT Security and Compliance, Digital Technology Security, Data Security team in Milan, Italy?
We need your knowledge and expertise to support our cybersecurity applications and technologies, as part of the continuous value delivery of our products in Europe and worldwide.
You will be part of the team responsible for supporting security solutions such as database security applications or data labeling and classification (Microsoft Information Protection and Purview), as well as encryption tools, used by our employees and platforms.
You will work with other technology specialists to support today's cybersecurity technologies while constantly delivering tomorrow's innovations to our workforce. 

A Day in the Life of a Data Security Specialist - Stage

  • Provide specialist consulting, guidance and support for at least one of the solutions supported by your team: Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Purview, Guardium, Ciphertrust and Sentra
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of architectural designs, identifying potential security gaps, vulnerabilities, and threats
  • Identify and mitigate data security risks and vulnerabilities through encryption, database security, data labeling, DLP, and DSPM technologies 
  • Ensure systems comply with relevant security standards and regulations 
  • Develop and/or review frameworks, standards, guidelines, controls, and documentation to support security aspects of relevant areas
  • Assist others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions

  • Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, face-to-face and remote
