We’re looking for a highperforming Account Executive II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead the management of complex client accounts in the healthcare space, focusing on dental insurance programs and the unique needs of Medicaid populations.


About the Role

As an Account Executive II, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients—ensuring plan effectiveness, driving client satisfaction, and supporting account growth. Your deep knowledge of Medicaid guidelines, managed care and dental insurance, and oral healthcare will be instrumental in delivering meaningful, compliant solutions.

You will function as the primary point of contact, navigating client needs with strategic insight, crossfunctional collaboration, and a commitment to highimpact service.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of health plan managed care plans, ensuring toptier client service and strategic alignment
  • Build deep client relationships by understanding their goals, oral healthcare utilization, and evolving needs
  • Lead renewal discussions and help drive pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues, improve performance, and exceed expectations
  • Identify quality improvement opportunities that enhance client satisfaction and plan performance
  • Coordinate and lead business reviews, health care outreach and events, and strategic planning sessions
  • Maintain detailed client records and performance data
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a highperformance team culture

    • What You Bring

      • Arizona residency (required)
      • 4+ years of experience in health insurance account management or client services—preferably with Medicaid andor dental benefits focus
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Strong knowledge of Medicaid regulations, group healthdental insurance, and claimsbenefit design
      • A consultative approach with proven ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships
      • Critical thinking and datadriven decisionmaking abilities
      • Outstanding presentation, communication, and organizational skills
      • Experience collaborating crossfunctionally with departments like Claims, Eligibility, Finance, and Provider Relations
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eligibility and claims systems

          Location

          Our employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States. This position requires residency in the state of Arizona.

            • Compensation

              In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $85,000 $110,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.

              Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
