Locala is seeking a strategic and analytically minded PreSale Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. This role is critical to driving new business by developing persuasive media plans and proposal responses that align with client goals.

As the main owner of the presale process, you’ll work crossfunctionally to understand client objectives, design digital media strategies, and lead the creation of bestinclass proposals that win business. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in digital media planning or strategy, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving client challenges through datadriven marketing solutions.

This is a clientfacing, strategyled role that owns the media plan and is accountable for delivering winning proposals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

RFP Ownership & Proposal Strategy:

      • Lead the endtoend development of responses to RFPs, including crafting strategic narratives, building media plans, and articulating success metrics.
        • Media Plan Development:
              • Design comprehensive, multichannel media plans (Display, DOOH, Audio, CTV, etc.) tailored to specific client goals and budget constraints. Includes audience targeting, channel mix, allocation, and delivery timelines.
                • Client Objective Alignment:

                          • Work closely with Sales to uncover client pain points, marketing goals, and target audiences, using that input to inform relevant and highimpact media strategies.
                            • Inventory & Pricing Collaboration:

                                      • Coordinate with Ad Ops and Platform teams to validate inventory availability and confirm pricing accuracy.
                                        • Presentation & Pitch Readiness:

                                                  • Develop visually compelling, insightdriven clientfacing presentations. Join Sales and Client meetings as a subject matter expert on strategy and planning.
                                                    • Project Management:

                                                      • Drive the RFP workflow, ensuring timely input from Sales, Creative, Ad Ops, and Platform teams. Ensure proposal deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
                                                        • Process & Tool Proficiency:

                                                                  • Maintain accurate records of proposal activity in internal systems (CRM, planning, and project management tools). Champion process improvements that increase speed and quality of output.
                                                                    • Your profile:

                                                                      • All candidates must be based in either PST time zones
                                                                      • Over 2 years experience in the Ad TechDigital advertising field
