Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Acquire new Enterprise customers and penetrate toptier accounts.
  • CrossSell & Optimize: Maximize account revenue by crossselling Troopr.ai products and services.
  • Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and longterm strategic partnerships.
  • DataDriven Prospecting: Use insights to enhance retention and improve conversion rates.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute quarterly territory plans to grow market share.
  • Complex Sales Cycles: Lead multimonth, valuecentric sales cycles, managing proof of concept stages.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate sales forecasts to exceed revenue goals.
  • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain Clevel relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Close complex deals using a consultative approach and strong negotiation skills.
