Overview

As an AI SEO & Performance Manager, you will lead the evolution of organic visibility across traditional and emerging AI platforms. From Google to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and beyond you’ll design and execute fullfunnel growth strategies powered by automation, AI, and deep SEO expertise. Your mission: drive measurable results by mastering Search Everywhere Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

AI SEO Strategy

• Plan and execute scalable AI SEO campaigns using automation and AI to achieve tangible visibility across AI and search platforms.
  

• Optimize websites for crawlability, indexing, structured data, speed, UX, and AI compatibility.
  

• Perform advanced strategic audits and implement them
  

• Conduct AIenhanced diagnostics and promptbased visibility testing (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity).
  
  

• Performance & Search Everywhere Optimization

  • Expand the scope beyond traditional SEO: optimize for AI search results and more
    

  • Monitor and influence visibility across multimodal surfaces: text, voice, image, and videobased search.
    

  • Design experiments using growthhacking frameworks and rapid AB testing across organic and organicalgorithmic channels.
    
    

  • AI, Automation & NoCode Implementation

    • Continuously test and deploy AI and nocode tools to automate SEO diagnostics, content workflows, and performance tracking.
      

    • Use tools like Make, Zapier, GPTs, and Looker Studio to scale reporting and decisionmaking.
      
      

    • Client Strategy & Communication

      • Act as the main strategic partner and point of contact for your clients from onboarding to strategy reviews.
        

      • Deliver resultsfocused reports and proactively communicate wins, opportunities, and challenges.
        

      • Tailor strategies based on client objectives (lead gen, sales, traffic, brand visibility across platforms).
        
        

      • CrossTeam Collaboration & Process Building

        • Work with content, link building, paid, and client teams to optimize ROI holistically.
          

        • Help shape the agency’s Search Everywhere framework and AI SEO offering.
          

        • Standardize processes, templates, and playbooks to scale efforts across client campaigns.
          
          

        • Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

          • Lead the adoption of AI SEO and Search Everywhere practices across the agency.
            

          • Mentor and coach junior team members, delivering training and guidance.
            

          • Create educational resources on prompt engineering, algorithm shifts, and multiplatform search trends.
