AI Engineer

Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Musthave:

• 5+ years experience in software development (preferably in Python or TypeScript).
• Skilled in prompt engineering and have a strong understanding of how LLMs work internally.
• Proven track record in developing AI agents from scratch and implementing effective AI solutions for businesses.
• Basic DevOps proficiency (CICD, Cloud).
• Quick learner who adapts effortlessly to new tools and approaches.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about current AI trends and best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.

  HOW DO WE WORK?

  We are a distributed team of more than 150 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 5 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best).     INTERESTED?

    Our recruitment process consists of the following steps:

    • HR interview with the recruitment manager: 45 min
    • Technical interview with the AI Engineer Tech Lead: 1 hour
    • Takehome challenge: ~ 4 hours of work
    • Final Interview and Takehome challenge presentation with CTO and AI Engineer Tech Lead: 1 hour
