Account Manager – Enterprise Clients
Location: Remote (must be based in US)

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to take care of our most important clients and help them thrive with CHILI GraFx.
What you’ll do
Be the partner they trust
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, working closely with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors on both sides.
Drive expansion
You’ll identify and close upsell and crosssell opportunities, helping our solutions scale within global organizations.
Support strategic platform transitions
You’ll guide longstanding clients through their move to CHILI GraFx, making the experience seamless, relevant and aligned with their future vision.
Create value at scale
You’ll build strategic account plans, partner with our leadership, product, marketing and customer success teams and ensure that every client milestone drives impact.
Show up when it counts
While this role is remote, you’ll occasionally travel to meet clients in person when the moment calls for it. This may add up to around 50 percent of your time.
